Savings for buyers
Get buyers up to 0.5% back at closing. Newzip collects a referral fee from the transacting real estate broker upon a successful home sale transaction. We share a portion of this referral fee with the customer in the form of credit at closing. This credit will be applied on the closing disclosure by Newzip.
Savings for sellers
Partnering with Newzip for Agent Matching also means a pre-negotiated 1% listing fee discount.
Ensured attachment
There’s only one way consumers can get access to your Loyalty Rewards program: by partnering with you. By creating a cohesive relationship between the agents in our network and your LOs, we increase the overall attachment rate between you and the consumer. (In fact, we have an 80% overall attachment rate for partnered LOs.)
Where is it available?
Sellers receive 1% off their listing fee in all 50 states. However, our cash back credit program for buyers is only available in 42 states. The following states do not allow cash rebates to real estate customers: Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Oregon, or Tennessee.
